Create Account
Step 1 - Sign up
Click “Sign up for free.”
Enter the email (this will be your account) and the password. Click “I agree to the Terms of Use” and “Privacy Policy”. After that, click “Create Account.”
Go to your inbox to confirm the account.
💡Please make sure to activate your account through the link in your inbox. Please complete this action within 1 hour, or the link will expire.
Step 2 - Login
You can now login the account.
Not Uploaded Page
Step 1 - Add a new device
Go to “Not Uploaded” page and click “Add”
Enter the Device ID on the back of CoTag.
You will now see the device shows on the page.
Step 2 - Edit a device
Click the arrow and you can edit the shipment information and do configuration of the device.
💡 Key Terms
Fail Alarm: If the device records conditions exceeding the set limits, this record is marked as "Fail."
Excursion Type
Single Event: An event that has occurred "at least once" during recording.
Cumulative : A situation that has "accumulated" over the course of recording.
Duration: The time period during which the temperature exceeded the set limits.
Alarm Notification: If the record is marked as "Fail," this record will be automatically sent to the designated email address.
You can also select the check box and click “edit” to edit the device.
⚠️ Please complete editing before uploading data to the App. After the data was uploaded, it could not be edited anymore.
Upload Successful Page
Step 1 - Check the result and data
You'll be able to see your data records here once it's been uploaded to the App.
Click the arrow and you can see details of this record.
Click the arrow to see the information and configuration edited.
When a CoTag Re-use is successfully uploaded via the App, and the record is confirmed on the "Upload Successful" page, the system will automatically generate a new record on the "Not Uploaded" page for the next device use.
💡 If no changes are made, information such as shipping information and device configurations will be automatically reused, but you can still modify them manually.
Step 2 - Download data report
Click the check box and click the export icon to download the data report.
💡 Selecting multiple records is also supported.
Get your report in .pdf or .csv files.
💡 Time Zone on the data report is based on the local time of your device system (computer/mobile phone).

You can change display name, language, and temperature unit on “Settings” page.
