Step 1 - Download App
Download Gocochain App with QR Code or search it from App Store / Play Store.
Step 2 - Open App
Go to “Temperature Check” page.
💡 Please ensure Bluetooth and internet features on your phone are enabled/allowed/active.
Step 3 - Pair the device and the App
Press and hold the button for 2 seconds to begin paring. When the light remains on, it's pairing with the App.
Step 4 - Upload data
Choose the options on the App and begin uploading data.
Continue logging: The device continues logging after uploading.
End logging: The device turns off after uploading. Please activate the device again for next use.
⛔ Troubleshooting
If you can’t see this message or upload data successfully, there are 2 possible reasons:
1. Bluetooth or Internet are not enabled.
→ Please ensure Bluetooth and internet features on your phone are active.
2. Bluetooth Signal Interference
→ As Bluetooth connection is used, only 1 CoTag device can be uploaded at the same time within the same space (10 meters in an open area, or within a single room) to avoid signal interference. If you have multiple devices, please upload them sequentially.
⛔ Troubleshooting
If you see the message “The upload was not completed. Please try again.”
→ Please try pressing and holding the button to pair again.
