You can get temperature data report (PDF) in two ways: through Download Center or Cloud Dashboard.

→ If you or who have permission to access the Cloud Dashboard wish to get the data report, it is recommended to download it directly through the Cloud Dashboard (which requires a login with a email account and password).

→ If your customers, consignees, or others who do not have permission to access the Cloud Dashboard wish to get the data report, it is recommended to use the Download Center (which does not require a email account and password, only the Device ID).

Follow the instructions on Set up and use Cloud Dashboard to add a CoTag to your account. After the data is uploaded, it will be displayed on "Upload Successful" page.

Select the Device ID (you can choose multiple devices at the same time).

Click “Export” button to download (in both PDF/CSV file).

Go to this page.

Enter the Device ID on the back of the CoTag and click “Confirm”.

Click “Download Data Report” to download.
