You can get temperature data report (PDF) in two ways: through Download Center or Cloud Dashboard.

Choice 1: Download Center

Step 1 - Go to Download Center

Go to this page.

Step 2 - Enter Device ID

Enter the Device ID on the back of the CoTag and click “Confirm”.

Step 3 - Download Report

Click “Download Data Report” to download.
